I do not believe this is a fair statement as art classes are beneficial for many students. Learning the arts often let a child express themselves naturally. It also allows students to develop good social skills, risk-taking and motor skills. It is said that art also helps a student's memory and concentration skills in class.

This picture is kinda blurry, which could be the effect she's going for, but I think the picture would benefit from the tiles being in focus. Overall I think that i's a good idea and that it's a good picture.
